I'm confident in the beauty and enduring quality of my fine art prints and I offer the following guarantees:
Satisfaction Guarantee
If upon delivery of your fine art original you determine that it is not exactly what you wanted, you can return it for a full refund of the purchase price if postmarked within 20 days of purchase date. It would be best to use the original shipping materials. Please follow the below Return Procedures.
Lifetime Replacement Guarantee
With proper care, your fine art photographic print should last for generations. If ever the photograph begins to deteriorate, I will replace it. Please follow the below Return Procedures.
RETURN PROCEDURES
- Notification Email informing of the return must be sent within 15 days of date of purchase (except for items covered under Lifetime Replacement Guarantee). A short explaination of reason of return should be included in the email and with the returned item.
- An approval of return and additional return instructions will be emailed to you within 24 hours. If I am on a shoot location without computer access, that time may be extended.
- Returned items must be postmarked within 20 days of the purchase date, returned in the condition you received them in (except for items covered under Lifetime Replacement Guarantee) and carefully packaged.
- Shipping costs will not be refunded and purchaser is responsible for return shipping costs.
