The Keweenaw Waterway Upper Entrance Lighthouse is located within Michigan's McLain State Park. Both are situated in the heart of the Keweenaw Peninsula on beautiful Lake Superior and is centrally located between the cities of Calumet and Hancock. The current 82' tall Art Deco style lighthouse was built in 1950 and replaced the original 33' tower. Sunsets from the lighthouse beach over Lake Superior are spectacular.
