Kenosha North Pierhead Lighthouse

The Kenosha North Pierhead Lighthouse is an important navigational tool for Lake Michigan mariners. Built in 1906 the 50' light at one time included an attached wood frame fog signal and elevated. Both were destroyed by storms. Originally painted white, the lighthouse was painted red in 1917.
